Born in Adelaide, they learned to cook from their yiayia Koula, and grew up with a passion and love for Greek cuisine. These My Kitchen Rules finalists have won the hearts of Australians with their food.

One of the largest selections of Greek wine and spirits in Australia. Specialising in the importation of Greek wines, spirits, beers and food their demonstration will highlight their incredible beverage offering.

👩🏻‍🍳Spiri Tsintziras

Author of ‘My Ikaria: How the people from a small Mediterranean island inspired me to love a happier, healthier longer life’ and ‘Afternoons in Ithaka.’ Her books explore how food and culture, language and music, as well as people and their stories help to create a sense of meaning and identity.

Phil’s restaurant, Bahari is approaching its 10 year anniversary having become a foodie destination in Melbourne. The MasterChef staple and hospitality icon returns to Antipodes to bring you another iconic demonstration of Greek cuisine.

Kathy is a renowned Greek chef and owner of Sweet Greek at the Prahran Market. Her vision to share her love for food and the Hellenic culture has always been at the centre of her business, where sharing her passion allows her to invite anyone to experience Greek cuisine for themselves.

Vanilla stole our hearts with their show-stopping treats when they opened on Oakleigh in 2008. Join Head Pâtissier George Giannou as he takes you through an iconic Greek dessert.
