Phoenix Traffic Management (PTM) will close down Lonsdale Street from Exhibition Street to Swanston Street and Russell Street from north of Little Bourke Street and south of Little Lonsdale Street from 22:00 on Friday 23 February and will reopen the streets on Monday 26 February at 05:00.

Limited vehicle access will be provided along :

• Lonsdale St between Exhibition St and Jones Lane.
• Russell St between Little Bourke St and Lonsdale St for Mantra Hotel Taxis, rideshare, guest parking and Skybus hotel pick up service and to Wilson Parking (222 Russell Street).
• Russell St (North) between Little Lonsdale St and the QV Parking car park entrance to allow the car park patrons to enter and exit.
