Greek dance celebrates the distinct regions of Greece, with each performance reflecting its own steps, music and traditional costume. Together, they showcase the diversity within Greek culture.
Zorba Til' You Drop
Dance is so central to Antipodes that the festival hosts a Zorba Til’ You Drop competition. Contestants dance Zorba for as long as possible, with flights to Greece awarded to the last dancers standing.
Dance beyond the stage
Dance at Antipodes doesn’t stop at the stage. At any time across the weekend, people join in on the street, forming circles and dancing alongside the music.
