The City of Melbourne is extraordinarily proud to support The Antipodes Festival, the world’s biggest celebration of Greek culture outside of Greece.

What a fitting way to honour the incredible business, artistic, cultural and gastronomic contributions of our Greek community – one of the largest Greek diaspora communities in the world.

I’m so fortunate to consider myself very much a part of this community. My beautiful wife Felicity is Greek, and my children are growing up as proud Ελληνοαυστραλοί.

Come celebrate with us in the heart of Melbourne’s bustling Hellenic quarter with live music, dance, some 90 art and craft stalls and of course some of the most delicious Greek food.

Over the weekend, more than 100,000 people will attend this incredible free and family-friendly festival, celebrating the best of Greek culture, heritage and community spirit – you cannot afford to miss it.
