The traditional Cypriot sausages are handmade with lean pork mince, onion and fresh herbs. They pair perfectly with a squeeze (or two) of lemon!

The Cypriot Kitchen‘s Sheftalies will be making their appearance later this month at the festival on both Saturday and Sunday!
